Introduction to the most important part of Islamic politics; the unconditional power of Supreme Leader
The answers are provided from Aiatollah Mesbahe Yazdi’s notebook:
However, these are all just outward appearance of the matter, the real election is done directly by god, and he is the one who helps the religious jurisprudence and the guardian councils in electing the right person.
An example of disrespecting the supreme leader is the latest letter written by Mr. Rafsanjani which remained unanswered by the supreme leader. This was the best answer given to Mr. Rafsanjani.
A. No, what have been mentioned in the constitutions are only basic laws which do not apply to the supreme leader role. The role of the supreme leader is absolute and can’t be limited by constitutions. Otherwise it wouldn’t be the only independent power.

Someone in Iran is above the Constitution? So what? Look at this:
The Great Bank Robbery: How the Federal Reserve is destroying America
http://www.russiatoday.com/Top_News/2009-06-30/The_Great_Bank_Robbery__How_the_Federal_Reserve_is_destroying_America.html/print
It usually comes as a shock to people – especially diehard Americans who place infinite trust in their sacred Constitution* – when they discover that the US dollar is not a product of the American government...
Yet the US Constitution clearly states (Article 1, Section 8) that one of the many functions of government is to “coin money, regulate the value thereof.” Indeed, this task was deemed so important that the Founding Fathers mentioned it ahead of the obligation to “raise and support armies.” The Constitution says absolutely nothing about outside parties being responsible for printing money or regulating interest rates...
Top of the Pyramid
It is no secret that the power to print money and set interest rates constitutes the greatest power of any government.
“Let me issue and control a nation’s money,” commented international banker Amschel Rothschild, “and I care not who makes the laws.”
Henry Kissinger reduced the almighty powers of the Federal Reserve to one line: “Who controls money controls the world.”
Former chairman of the Federal Reserve Alan Greenspan, who served for 18+ years in his position, was asked by political talk show host Jim Lehrer: “What should be the proper relationship between a chairman of the Fed and the president of the United States?”
“Well, first of all, the Federal Reserve is an independent agency, and that means basically that there is no other agency of government (including the executive office) which can overrule actions that we take,” Greenspan responded matter-of-factly. “So long as that is in place… then, what the relationships are don’t frankly matter.”
In light of the above statements, it is safe to say that it is not US Commander-in-Chief Barack Obama who holds the reigns of real power in America, but rather Ben Bernanke, the chairman of the Fed.
-----------------------
So you see that in the US the bankers are way above the Constitution. The Iranian Rahbar can be easily forgiven.

Section 8 - Powers of Congress

Boy, these mullahs tried to cover all the bases, didn't they? answering to god? what god? Satan? for by their actions be they known.
And what do you think is the bankers' god? And they really do control EVERYTHING and EVERYONE in the US, because money they print is the economie's blood.
I was wondering if there is any source?
But all this isn't surprising when it comes from Ayatollah Yazdi, a highly conservative cleric. Many much higher ranked (Grand) Ayatollahs directly disagree on the role of the faqih in "velayate faqih". For example Grand Ayatollah Montazari thinks of the "faqih" more as a spiritual guide than a supreme leader.
Throughout history most of the highest ranked clerics have been against the idea of velayate faqih, duo to theological reasons. Among the most important are Khoi and Sistani.
To Anonyms Regarding Federal Reserve:
Who do you think is responsible for unlimited power of Federal Reserve? We the people who have witnessed obsolescence of our constitution one article at time for the past 100 years and have done a damn thing about it.
Last November people went to the polls and elected a person who does not meet requirements for president per Article 2 Section 1, Clause 5 of the US constitution. His father was born in Kenya and was in the U.S. on student visa. His father was not a U.S. citizen by birth nor was he a citizen through naturalization. Per Article 2, Section 1, clause 5 president must be a natural born citizen. Yet, his campaign tried and succeeded in changing the conversation to place of his birth. The Founding Fathers were concerned about divided loyalty and hence were wary of having children of foreigners as Commander of military (http://federalistblog.us/2008/11/natural-born_citizen_defined.html). .Sixty million people willingly ignored Article 2, Section 1, Clause 5 and elected a person born to a foreign student and a teen age American born mother who could pass citizenship to his son because she was under age. People elected a Usurper for president. We deserve what we get.
With regard to Iran and nonsense by Yazdi: Yazdi and the rest of bottom feeders calling themselves ayatollahs will soon find themselves trapped like a rat. I want to hear him then. Furthermore, they are all murders and condemned by the same God he believes has given Khamenie unchecked power. Khamenie is a feeble man and the only title fitting him is Supreme Murderer. He and other celeries are digging their own graves. I hope Israelis do what Reagan did to Muammar Ghaddafi (Kaddafi) - precision bombing of his resident to shut him up for good. I hope Israelis target Khamenie residence, Iran Parliament, and Qom (the super bee nest). If these murders go to hell nuke issue will be resolved.

It was very informative to learn that you hope the Zionists will bomb Iran.
Very informative indeed. Are you writing from Tel-Aviv? Yet I have to disappoint you: the military of Iran is well capable of an appropriate response to any aggression, so if the Zionists could strike Iran they would have done long ago. They don't do it because they are afraid. What a disappointment for you, isn't it?
PS. And as you admit yourself, the US is the place where some people are way above the Constitution, not Iran.
This says everything, I am not a beliver in anything other than the human spirit, but I am certain the majority of muslems in Iran and the rest off the world recognize the madness of this dictatorship.
As a european I hav grown up with the history and consequences of giving one man supreme authority. Adolf Hitler also startet with armed gangs beating up people. The way the Iranian authorities behave is terrifying for an antifascist to behold.
We don't need a nother world war, remember Auschwitz, Stalingrad, Dresden, Hiroshima and Nagazaki. As a norwegian I can throw in Aust-vågøy(Aust-vaagoey)
Your fight against the dictatorship is our fight to.
No Pasaran
Petter T
So, Norwegian, if you don't like dictatorships why don't you start your fight with the biggest dictatorships of all - the Wall Street Federal Reserve bankers' dictatorship? And it's them that are trying to impose THEIR QUISLINGS all around the world, don't you know that?
To Anonymous who suggested I was writing from Tel Aviv:
Read my words if you can Read. I did not wish for Iran to be bombed. Iran is my ancestral home. I feel connected to people who are being murdered, and those who live in destitute while their homeland is sitting on black gold. A disable veteran of Iran-Iraq war set himself on fire today. Why? He has been unemployed for too long and cannot feed his family. He and millions cannot feed their families while those in power add billions to their assets in foreign banks or spending money to enrich Uranium. Go figure.
I wrote I wished for Qom, Parliament where clergies nest and for the home of Khamenie, the Supreme Evil, to be bombed. These are places where Tyrants have populated. These are places where corruption, brutality, oppression, lies, dishonesty have set deep roots. Furthermore I said precision bombing not carpet bombing. Are you able to read? I guess not.
I am sick to my core reading and watching people dying of Sepsis in Khamenie prisons and the stupid authorities in Iran lying to the loved ones of these freedom fighters that they died of meningitis. Are they moron or morally corrupt or both?
Do you know what Sepsis is? You do not need to be an MD to know how these people died. You just need a few grams of brain cell, curiosity and ability to read. Do you have that? If not, write back and I will tell you how these young men and women are dying in prison.
Do not point your anger and sharp pen at me; point it at those raping and killing our brothers and sisters in their torture chambers. Point you sharp words to those who are gang raping young women in jail and burn their bodies to conceal their crimes. Iranian regime is worse than Israeli because Iran commits these atrocities to its own people. Listen to these leaked tapes where Iranian regime is training its thugs, http://www.zandiq.com/pandiq/0000000003.shtml. These audio files are from 10 years ago but regime goons seem to be following the same training manual today.
Every day, I read reports published in Farsi, I must say with great difficulty and often with the help of Farsi to English translator software. I fully understand the hell Khomeini and his clans created for people of Iran who trusted him when he said he would give them Justice, freedom, and democracy – the ability to chart their own course. In return, all people got was a trip back to 8th century and the opportunity to experience what their ancestors experienced then – invasion of Islam army. I believe the damage Khomeini did to the great land of Persia was far worse than Alexander The Great or Ghangiz Khan.
Please get your blinders off and see beyond Khamenie turban. I wish no ill for Iranian people. I suffer with them helplessly. I only wish death and destruction to mullahs and their convoluted interpretation of Islam. I want to see stupidity in the name of religion to be eradicated from Iran. I think 1388 years of suffering is enough.
Please do not brag about Iran military. They are a bunch of bearded sissies who have sold out their courage. They are standing by and watching young men and woman being shot dead in plain view, beaten to death or gang raped in the confined of Khamenie torture chambers.
May God bless and protect people of Iran
This rationalization of divine power sounds an awful lot like the "Divine Right of Kings" used in Europe when dictators ran roughshod over the people.
Kill them. It is the only way to get rid of them. They are a pestilence upon the Iranian people.
